This cocktail combines the subtle sweetness of yellow bell pepper with the brightness of cucumber and fresh lime juice to compliment the Casa Noble silver tequila. The most popular drink in the USA needed a make over, I thought. I'd had my fill of tamrind and cayenne pepper mango Margaritas, and thus, the "Pimientos Dulces" was born. Complex and unique enough to be a best seller on an award winning cocktail list, yet simple enough to reproduce at home.
