Brief summary place:

The name means “House of Copper” and was chosen to honor our good friends and family from the pueblo of “Santa Clara del Cobre”, Michoacán, Mexico. The many beautiful copper pieces on display throughout the restaurant were hand made for us by the hands of the great Miguel Hernandez Perez! He is a true artisan maestro, preserving an important piece of art and history in our ever changing world. Casa de Cobre was created to promote the same beliefs that are shared by us and the Perez family. These beliefs are based on artful craftsmanship and love of ones work that transcends economics. Utilizing and preserving skills learned through great heritage, integrity, and pride we strive deliver an experience that’s good for us all. This is why we have never, and will never, take short cuts in our work or our product, thereby preserving quality, integrity, history and family values. These are the values of our Corazon!!!
