The Mission

Brief summary place:

History: The Mission is the collaborative effort and vision of Terry Ellisor (Zinc Bistro, Mercbar,) Brian Raab (Mercbar) and Matt Carter (Zinc Bistro.) The idea originated years ago through Carter’s deep love for weekend pig roasts serving friends and family slow-roasted, homemade pork tacos. “I do have a thing for tacos,” admits Carter. And although there is guacamole, these three partners want everyone to know that they are “not a Mexican restaurant.” The Mission’s bar serves over 70 premium tequilas and the signature Primarita Margaritas contains Agave nectar and fresh pressed lime juiced. The Mission also features a selection of specialty hand-pressed cocktails as well as red and white sangrias.
