Located in the heart of North Park, URBN Coal Fired Pizza/Bar is a 5,000 square foot warehouse on the corner 31st and University. The second URBN Coal Fired Pizza (original in Vista) will continue to evolve with craft pizzas, an expanded menu, and a beverage program second to none. 

Cocktail inspiration:

Consider the Medium - I was thinking "supernatural" and how that word could apply for cocktails, so I decided to play with the medium - the liquid itself. A bit of yellow chartreuse for warmth, egg white to thicken the ether and to make the finish bone dry, and I shook it with a lime husk, orange slice, and mint leaf to give barely perceptible hints of flavor, like a sound in the dark you hear once and not again.
