Chef Luigi Negroni’s success is no doubt due to his work ethic as well as his culinary philosophy: He believes in preparing authentic, simple dishes which elevate traditional Italian fare and enchant the taste buds.

Cocktail inspiration:

I have to say I might be a closet chocoholic… but I always found that Chocolate Martinis where… well disgustingly sweet and flat to taste.  So I was excited when tasting Casa Noble Anejo and all the beautiful Vanilla notes it possessed because I knew it would make the perfect combination.  I combined Casa Noble Anejo with vanilla bean simple syrup, a dash of Godiva dark chocolate syrup, and an orange squeeze to make the ultimate yet simple Chocolate Martini. I didn’t want to cover the flavors of Casa Noble but let them shine through with hints of Chocolate and Vanilla.   Combining simple ingredients that showcase the tequila’s unique and delicate flavors.
