Casa Noble SB Anejo is totally unique among tequilas in its chocolate character. When I think of chocolate, I think of an old, wealthy man, alone in his mansion library, in a leather chair, maybe with a blanket draped over his lap. He just ate a big meal, and now wants to settle into a happy siesta with a nice, boozy, after-dinner cocktail. He may be smoking a cigar. Regardless, this is what he's drinking.
