After the many requests owner Russell Hayward (formerly of Tom Tom) had to open a casual sushi dining spot in Uptown, he expanded the famed tiny kitchen at TABC to create a sushi station, hired an experienced Sushi chef team and now Uptown residents can stroll to dine on some of Dallas's best sushi only a few steps from their doors.
