Cocktail inspiration:

El Coyote - The inspiration for this cocktail came from my love of Southwestern culture and flavors. All the elements put together Spicy, Savory, Sweet, and Sour, you end up with a drink that I think very well represents a culture Featured Cocktail Recipe: 2 oz. Casa Noble Crystal .5 oz oz Agave Nectar .5 oz oz Prickly Pear Puree 1.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 1 medium sized Calabrian long chili 1 1"x1" piece of fresh Nopal 1 large Sage Leaf Combine Chili, Nopal, Sage, and Agave in pint glass and muddle Add Prickly Pear Puree, Lime, Tequila, Ice, Shake Fine Strain over ice, in a bucket Garnish with Chili, Sage Leaf, and small cut of Nopal
