ELIXIR is a neighborhood saloon located in the Mission Dolores section of San Francisco, on the corner of 16th Street and Guerrero, where it has served its neighbors since 1858. Pouring fresh and diverse drafts in signature glassware and mixing unique, hand-made cocktails with fresh fruit and herbs distinguishes Elixir from the numerous bars in this vibrant nightlife corridor. As the Second Oldest Saloon location in the city, it is an authentic piece of the Old West that combines the warm appeal of a contemporary Pub, the camaraderie of a Sports Bar and the sultry allure of a Cocktail Lounge. The bar has won numerous accolades for its cocktails, marketing programs, and atmosphere, including listings in GQ, Esquire and Food and Wine Magazines as one of the "Best Bars in America". Elixir was also the first bar in the country to achieve a Green Business certification.

Whatamelon - the highlight of floral and citric flavors in the blanco match with watermelon for a cool summer beach/pool cocktail Featured Cocktail Recipe: 1.5oz Casa Noble Blanco Tequila 1oz St. Germain Elderflower liqueur 2oz watermelon juice or 5 1” watermelon cubes 6 mint leaves .5oz lime juice .5oz agave nectar In a mixing glass, add watermelon cubes or juice and 5 mint leaves, muddle and top with remaining ingredients. Fill with ice and shake well for ten seconds. Hawthorne strain tall over fresh ice and garnish with a slapped mint leaf.
