Brief summary place:

Poquito is a Latin American Tapas & Cocktail bar in San Francisco's Dogpatch, one of the city's most historic neighborhoods. Poquito serves Ecuadorean & Spanish food and specializes in Latin American Spirits with a large selection Tequilas, Mezcals, Piscos, Cachaca and Rum. The cocktails are playful and exotic with a Latin flare.

Cocktail inspiration:

The Noblecito - showcases the complexity of flavors in a taste of Casa Noble Añejo. Hints of vanilla, chocolate and spice layer with light berries in a unique two-layer cocktail.

 1.5 oz. Casa Noble Añejo 0.5 oz. Vizcaya Rum 0.5 oz. Taylor's Velvet Falernum 0.5 oz. Lemon juice Egg white

Mix ingredients, shake well and pour into a large martini type glass.  Garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa powder and a healthy drizzling of pureed strawberries.

The cocktail is really nice on its own, and as you sip, the strawberry and cocoa that sit on top of the egg white foam bring out hints of chocolate, vanilla and fruitiness of the añejo.
