Cocktail: The Noble-Tini - Casa Noble Crystal, Fresh Mango or Pomegranate, Agave nectar, Fresh Lime juice. A 3rd generation family operated Mexican restaurant in Old Town, housed in a charming, unique architectural building, built by our patriarch, Tomas Corral. The Corral's emigrated from Mexico in 1919 because our grandmother, Cecelia, did not want her sons working in the mines. Many old-timers remember when the building was home to a bakery, tavern, pool hall and even a chapel! The family has grown Los Olivos from a small adobe eatery to its present critically acclaimed dining establishment. An uncle crafted the Spanish style chandeliers, cousins greet and wait on guests, daughters keep the books, sons tend bar and an old friend from Mexico makes fresh tortillas daily!
