Cocktail inspiration:
Remolacha Verde: 1 oz. thyme simple, 6 muddled ripe cherries, 1 oz. fresh beet juice,1 1/2 oz. Casa Noble Crystal.Top with 2 dashes of Swedish herb bitters, garnish with thyme sprig
 
Muddle 6 cherries in a shaker.  Pour in fresh beet juice, thyme simple, and tequila blanco.  Shake with ice, and strain into a martini glass.  Top with 2 dashes of swedish herb bitters and garnish with a thyme sprig.  Enjoy!
